There have been a number of Kannada movies making emergence of late. The motion picture Nanna Prakara that could be a production venture by GVK Combines was begun on Monday morning at the popular Kanteerava Studio within the town of metropolis.

Nanna Prakara opens with a murder. A woman’s body is found in a charred car on a highway. Inspector Ashok (Huli Kishore) rushes to the spot to take stock of the situation and in the next scene, two friends are seen approaching the police, seeking assistance to find their missing friend Vismaya (Mayuri).

The suspense thriller with a guaranteed edge of the seat experience will see National award winning actress Priyamani in a unique role along with Kishore. Certified with U/A by the censorship, the music of the film is scored by Arjun Ram.According to reports, Nanna Prakara will have several stories, which will connect in the end. It is touted to be a crime and suspense thriller. Debutant Vinay Balaji is the director of this film, which also stars Priyamani, Mayuri Kyatari and Pramod Shetty apart from Kishore. Nanna Prakarais bankrolled by Gururaj S under the banner GVK Combines.

Talking about working with Vinay, Kishore said, “With Nanna Prakara, working with a first-time director ensures that there is a different insight into filmmaking and a young energy on set, which rubs off on everyone. It is also an opportunity for me to pass on whatever I have learnt over the years to a new generation.”
The VFX-artist turned director Vinay has worked with A Harsha and Naresh Kumar in the past and is hopeful that the audience will appreciate the effort of his entire Nanna Prakara team.
